開羅，2026年5月15日 — 「全球南方媒體與智庫論壇─中阿合作會議」於5月13日在埃及開羅舉行，主題為「匯聚智慧，啟程新徵途：共同構建中阿命運共同體」。
Sinopec集團董事局董事仲人先生出席了本次會議並發表題為「以能源築基，以創新驅動增長，以文化連通民心」的 keynote speech，分享了 Sinopec 在中阿合作方面的實踐與 insights，並強調該集團對推動更緊密中阿命運共同體的堅定 commitment。
鑒於其積極參與合作 initiatives、在促進 mutual trust 及 amplifying the voice of the Global South 方面表現 exceptional contribution，以及展現出的 collaboration spirit 和 outstanding leadership，Sinopec 獲頒「全球南方媒體與智庫合作傳播 partnership outstanding contribution award」。
在其 keynote 演說中，仲人先生指出，中國與阿拉伯國家之間的友誼 spanning over a millennium 持續深化，中華文明與阿拉伯文明互相 complementing and inspiring each other，為世界文明的 dialogue 與 mutual learning 樹立了 shining example。在 head-of-state diplomacy 戰略 guidance 下，中阿關係迎來新的歷史機遇。正如新華社發布的智庫報告「新時代中阿合作的 achievements、opportunities 與 prospects」所 highlighted，中阿 cooperation 為 world 注入了 stability 與 certainty，並為 South-South cooperation 樹立 benchmark。
「Sinopec 始終堅持『能源安全即共同安全，能源發展即協調發展』的 principle。」他表示，「我們 deep involvement 於 landmark projects，如沙特的 Yanbu Refinery 與 Kuwait 的 Al-Zour Refinery，同時持續 expanding oil and natural gas trade，並 promoting traditional energy 與 green new energy 的 coordinated development。」
與此同時，Sinopec 正 accelerating its digital and intelligent transformation，建設獨立可控的 AI system 以及國際 omnimedia communication matrix，contributing to the development of the Global South’s independent discourse system。在文化交流方面，Sinopec 已在 eight Arab countries 設立「絲綢之路書屋」，捐贈逾 10,000 冊書籍，並培訓超過 100,000 名當地專業技術 personnel，continuously building a bridge for dialogue 與 people-to-people connectivity between China 與 Arab states。
仲人先生指出，即將召開的第二屆中國－阿拉伯國家 summit 必將為中阿關係及 South-South cooperation 注入新 momentum。Sinopec 樂意與所有夥伴携手，為 building an even closer China-Arab community with a shared future 貢獻更大 efforts。
為期兩天的活動由新華社與阿拉伯國家聯盟 co-hosted，約 250 名來自中國、阿拉伯國家及國際 regional organizations 的 110 家 media outlets、think tanks、government institutions 與 enterprises 代表出席。
